Question: im 15 years old and i dont know how to put on make up can u

give me some advice please

At 15, I think you should keep it pretty simple.  Try one of the new Beauty Balms, they are skincare and foundation in ONE. It's easy to apply, gives you nice coverage and still looks natural. I like GARNIER RENEW B.B. CREAM , and TOO FACED TINTED BEAUTY BALM You could use a (shimmer bronzer or shimmery pinky/peach cheek color)  applied on the apples of your cheeks,  and a dab on the tip of your nose.  Follow with some (dark brown or black mascara), and a sheer lip gloss, or tinted lip balm.

Question: i use gothic makeup all year round.i'm told its2dark.i use"in

the storm"eyeliner as shadow with black mascara.for lipstick i use a

black pink over it.i have black hair with olive complected skin and

small lips.do u have any tips for me?

Well, I think to start, you should rethink the lips... why don't you try a wine or burgundy shade lip pencil, or one of the chubby lip colors that are available.  By using this deeper shade, it will slowly "ween" you away from seeing black pencil on your lips. My FAVES are REVLON's JUST BITTEN KISSABLE BALM STAIN, and on the pricier end, TARTE NATURAL LIPSURGENCE.  That should soften you up a bit.  Then, when you're comfortable with that, start toning down the eyes .. Keep the black liner, but instead of black eyeshadow, try a chocolate brown.  You want to keep some drama in your look since you have jet black hair.  If you go completely natural, you will look a little washed out and tired.

Question: I'd like to brighten up my hazel/brown eyes. But I don't like

to wear eyeliner on my upper eye lids. Please help! :) 

Try using rich earthy colors such as golden shimmery browns,and wines.  Apply directly to eyelid, and blend up to, but not over, brow bone..I like Smashbox's Smokebox II, and NYX EYESHADOW PALLETTE in VERSUS.  Both are available at Ulta.

Question: Are low eyebrows trendy?I don't y, but i really like the low

ones. I have a long face, what kind of an eyebrow would fit me?

I don't know about this "low eyebrow" trend.  My philosophy  with  

eyebrows is they should open up your eye and frame it nicely.  That  

means groomed.  If you notice in my makeup looks that I do, you'll see I like a  

nice arch, it really makes the eye look big.  You have to customize  

your brow shape with what you have to work with. You made need to tweeze some strays and/or fill in your shape with either a brow pencil-like Maybelline's DEFINE-A-BROW, or a tinted brow gel, like ANASTASIA's BROW GEL I've often looked in magazines and tried mimicking a brow that I see on a model/celeb.  For examples of different brow shapes and styles, check out my section " ALL EYEBROWS"
